Needs Assessment
To gain a better understanding of the present structure of the business, QCD first examines the factors associated with the project’s objectives. Two factors have been identified by QCD that require a thorough investigation: Process and Technology.
The project, once implemented, will affect certain process flows within the organization. These process flows will be defined in detail and reviewed, to determine how to make the proposed project work with the existing process flow.Data will be gathered to study the effect of technology that varies depending on the existing technical structure of the organization. -

Understanding the current structure of the organization enables QCD to continue in setting the plan to achieve the project’s objectives. To assure the success of the plan to be defined, QCD takes into consideration the client’s interest, the anticipation of enhancements in the technical structure, and the industry practice.
