5. Referral Fees / Bonuses can be managed. When a new engagement is entered, Referring Lawyer can be entered and a period can be specified where the Lawyer can enjoy a variable Bonus relative to the Fees collected by the Law Firm from the engagement.

6. COP’s that must be fully or partially reimbursed to the lawyers can be managed. A report can be generated periodically.
